GLC On-The-Go is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
DCH - MS/TELE Acute Care nurses play a critical role in providing quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This position requires flexibility, as nurses must be willing to float to other units and hospitals as needed. Nurses will work every other weekend and be available for holidays as required. We accept both 36 or 48 hours per week schedules. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5 or 1:6, ensuring a manageable workload.
Education - Required: Associate's degree in nursing
Certifications - Required: AHA BLS or Red Cross Certifications
Certifications - Preferred: ACLS
Licenses - Required: Registered Nurse State of Alabama or Compact license (No Temp Licenses accepted)
Experience - Required: 2 years overall experience in specialty; however, we will consider candidates with 18 months of experience working under the highest level of professional license, with at least 1 year of recent experience in the field of specialty.
