Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position involves providing high-quality patient care while floating between Medical Surgical (MS) and Telemetry units as needed.

Schedule

• Day Shift
• 36-48 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on Medical Surgical and Telemetry units.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans as necessary.
• Utilize Epic software for documentation and patient management.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred
• Experience in an acute care facility - Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice - Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor in accordance with policy - Required
