Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry RN with a compact or OK RN license for a 12-week day shift assignment requiring at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Details

• Work in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit of a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Uses Epic for charting
• Floating required within scope to sister facilities up to 75 miles
• Block scheduling requests are not accommodated

Requirements

• Active RN license (Standard or Compact/OK) currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, EKG/Telemetry course, and NIHSS
• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Valid driver's license required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
• RTO limited to 5 days or less per 13-week assignment, with no holiday RTO accepted
• Previous employees must have at least 1 year of separation from the health system to be eligible for this assignment
• Two supervisory references required for consideration
