Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med Surg and Telemetry units.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize Epic for charting and documentation.

Requirements:

• Current and valid Driver's License or State issued ID required.
• Utility bill in the Traveler's name with a matching address within the last three months of the projected start date.
• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience required.
• Certifications: BLS, NIHSS, and ACLS.
• Must be willing to float within scope to meet facility needs.
• No locals accepted; must be greater than 75 miles from the contracted facility.
• RTO Restrictions: 5 days or less.
• Pending State License not accepted.
