This unit is open to block scheduling for travelers and provides an orientation to unit policies and procedures. Opportunities for resourcing, precepting, and collaborating with students are available. The facility is a community hospital with cohesive and easily accessible providers, featuring case management and PT/OT/ST services on the same floor as the unit. Multidisciplinary rounds are held daily to coordinate patient care.
