Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry Float Pool position requiring an active MA license and 2+ years of strong telemetry experience.

Details

• Nursing Float Pool position within a hospital setting
• Utilized across multiple units due to telemetry needs
• 12-hour rotating shifts covering days and nights
• 36 hours per week schedule
• Weekly orientations provided for float pool staff
• Epic EMR experience required

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required in hand
• 2+ years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Strong telemetry experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must pass Tele/ECG and Medication competency testing
• COVID vaccine plus booster and Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions allowed)

Additional Information

• Float pool role supporting multiple units based on facility need
• No more than 3 days of RTO will be approved, and no holiday RTO will be approved
• All RTO requests must be presented at time of consideration
• Returning employees must observe a 6-month break between assignments at any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility
• Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius, and local candidates are not accepted
