Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Med/Surg Tele position requiring MA RN licensure and at least 2 years of relevant experience on a night shift schedule.

Details

  • Mixed Medical/Surgical/Telemetry unit caring for adult patients
  • 43-bed unit with expected patient ratio of 1:5
  • Patient population includes CHF, pneumonia, chest pain, COPD, alcohol use disorder, GI bleed, bowel obstructions, and post-op patients
  • Night shift schedule: 3x12s, 36 hours per week (19:00-07:30)
  • No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

  • Active MA RN license required
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Cardiac Dysrhythmia trained
  • 2 years of Med/Surg Tele experience preferred

Additional Information

  • Provide nursing care to a mixed medical/surgical/telemetry adult patient population
