Join a leading acute-care hospital in Cleveland, OH, as a Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a vital member of the nursing team, you will provide high-quality patient care in the Med/Surg and Telemetry units, with the potential to float to additional units as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in the Med/Surg and Telemetry units.
Monitor patients' vital signs and ECG rhythms.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.

Qualifications:

Must have 12 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for.
Must possess a valid Ohio RN license or a Compact State license in hand.
Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
Must be willing to work at least every other holiday.
Completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation, with acceptable scores required.
