Description
American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN for a Float Pool position requiring MA licensure and Epic experience.
Details
- Float Pool position within a hospital setting
- Medical-Surgical Telemetry specialty
- 12-hour night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- 36 hours per week
- Float required across units
- No charge nurse responsibilities
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required in hand
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Previous travel experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Must pass Tele/ECG and Medication competency testing
Additional Information
- Provide medical-surgical and telemetry nursing care while floating between units as needed
- Maximum of 3 days RTO allowed, with no holiday RTO approved
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius, as local candidates are not accepted for this position
- Returning employees must complete a 6-month break between assignments at any facility within this health system
- Required vaccinations include COVID (with booster) and flu, with medical exemptions allowed
