Join a leading acute-care hospital in Cleveland, OH, as a Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse. This contract position offers the opportunity to provide essential care during the winter season, with a duration of 18 weeks, and the possibility of 13-week assignments as well. You will be part of a dynamic team, with the potential to float to various units, including J1-2, J33, and the ED, caring for the same patient population.

Shifts are primarily nights, working 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30, with the possibility of rotating to day shifts (07:00 to 19:30) as needed to meet the operational needs of the facility. While the facility will do its best to honor your preferred shift, flexibility may be required.

To qualify for this position, you must have at least 12 months of permanent experience in the specialty you are applying for. A valid Ohio license or a compact state license is required, along with current AHA or American Red Cross certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. Additionally, travelers must commit to working at least every other holiday. During orientation, you will complete an ECG rhythm recognition test and a safeMedicate assessment, achieving an acceptable score on both.
