Join a leading acute-care hospital in Cleveland, OH, as a Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing essential care to patients in need.

As a Med/Surg Tele RN, you will have the potential to float to units J1-2, J33, and the ED to care for the same patient population. The facility will strive to honor your preferred shift, but please note that shifts may be variable to meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg and Telemetry units.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE 12 months of permanent experience in the specialty you are applying for.
• MUST HAVE a permanent Ohio license or Compact State license in hand.
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification required.
• Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, with an acceptable score required on both assessments.
