Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification required
• Recent reference from a manager, supervisor, ANM, or director in the specialty
• Strong clinical judgment, prioritization, and telemetry interpretation skills
• Ability to complete onboarding requirements and assessments prior to start

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and promptly recognize changes in patient condition
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and document patient care accurately
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support individualized care plans
• Respond to evolving patient needs with strong critical thinking and time management
• Support a positive patient experience through compassionate, professional nursing care
