In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients in a Med/Surg Tele unit, focusing on telemetry monitoring and managing complex patient needs. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This position requires adaptability, as you'll work with various patient populations and conditions, including those recovering from surgeries and managing chronic illnesses.
