HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Tyler, Texas.

Shift: 3x12-hour Days
Experience Required: 2 years
Travel Experience: Preferred
Charting: Epic experience required
Certifications: NIHSS, BLS
Patient Ratio: 1:6
Weekends: Every other weekend / 50% of scheduled shifts
Rooms: 19
Unit Overview
2 South is a Medical-Surgical / Telemetry unit with 18 private rooms and 1 semi-private room, accommodating a maximum census of approximately 20 patients.
The unit provides medical-surgical care with telemetry capabilities. The patient population ranges from young adults through geriatrics, with a broad range of care needs and diagnoses.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Medical-Surgical experience
- Epic charting experience required
- NIHSS certification required
- BLS certification required
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Must be comfortable with a 1:6 patient ratio
- Must be available to work weekends approximately half of scheduled shifts
