Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a night shift position requiring NC or compact RN licensure and IV start skills.

Details

  • Work on a combined Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit with dedicated Telemetry Techs
  • Night shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from 19:00 to 7:00
  • 13-week assignment length
  • Some weekend and holiday coverage required
  • EMR system used is MEDITECH

Requirements

  • Active RN license in NC or compact license required at time of consideration
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA only)
  • Required skill: IV Start
  • 2 years of experience preferred
  • Prior travel nursing experience preferred
  • MEDITECH experience not required

Additional Information

  • Provide medical surgical nursing care with telemetry monitoring support from dedicated techs
  • Local candidates accepted at regular rate
  • RTO should be kept to a minimum
