Join a leading acute-care hospital as a MedSurg/Telemetry RN in Brockton, MA. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic float pool setting, providing care across various units. We are seeking experienced RNs who are adaptable and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in MedSurg and Telemetry units.
• Independently read telemetry strips and respond to patient needs effectively.
• Adapt quickly to different units and work collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years recent acute care experience.
• Proficient in Meditech IVs and telemetry.
• Must pass an on-site exam on Day 1 with an 84% or better (2 attempts).

Required Certifications/Licenses:

• BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS

Preferred Experience:

• 3-5 years previous float experience.
• Ability to adapt to 5 different MedSurg/Tele units.

Additional Comments:

• No extended RTO; most Fridays will be required.
• No specific schedule requests.
