Experience Required: Minimum 1+ year (2 years preferred)
Requirements:
Active Michigan RN license.
BLS certification through AHA (pending accepted; must confirm willingness to obtain).
Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical nursing experience; 2 years preferred.
Experience with diverse medical and surgical patient populations.
Patient Population:
Orthopedic and neurovascular patients
Cardiac and pulmonary patients
Surgical patients, including GI, urology, hysterectomies, and mastectomies
Staffing Ratio: Approximately 1:5-6 for night shifts.
