**Exciting Opportunity for Acute Travel RN: Med/Surg (7P-7A)** **Job Description:** - Join a thriving 225-bed specialty care hospital in beautiful Marquette, MI - Provide top-notch care in a dynamic Medical/Surgical unit - Work in a facility boasting: - Heart & Vascular Institute - Cancer Center - Brain & Spine services - Behavioral Health - Women’s Health - Pediatric services - Comprehensive imaging, surgery, and laboratory services - Position Highlights: - Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM - Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 - Rotating weekend hours - Occasional floating to similar units - Patient Ratios: 5:1 to 6:1 - Requirements: - Must have a valid MI state nursing license - Required Certifications: ACLS - Minimum of 2 years of experience - BSN preferred - Critical thinking skills and ability to work with minimal supervision - Experience in a medical/surgical unit preferred - Unit Tools & Environment: - Utilizes telemetry monitors, Baxter IV pumps, Kangaroo pumps, bladder scanners, and Dynamaps - EHR platform: Cerner - Patient Population: Adult and geriatric (ages 18 - 125) - Staff Support: - Managed by Linda Bergren, ensuring a collaborative and effective work environment - Join a team that values excellence in patient care - Dress Code: - Scrub color: Galaxy Blue (Navy also acceptable) - Professional appearance in compliance with Hand Hygiene Policy **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
