Unlock Your Potential as a Travel RN in Med Surg!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** 3301 Matlock Rd, Arlington TX 76017 - **Unit:** 3 Tower / 622 - **Shift:** 7A-7P - **Guaranteed Hours:** 48 **Unit Highlights:** - **Bed Capacity:** 30 - **Dynamic Team Structure:** - Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 4-5 RNs (as census supports), 2 PCTs, 1 HUC, and 1-3 Sitters - Night Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 4-5 RNs (full census), 2 PCTs, and 1-3 Sitters as needed - **Patient Ratios:** 6:1 - **Equipment:** Hoyer lifts, Sara Steady, Bladder Scanners - **EMR System:** Meditech - **Floating Requirement:** As per hospital needs **Ideal Candidate:** - **Must-Have Skills:** - Current BLS Certification - Med Surg or Acute Care RN Experience - **Preferred Skills:** - Prior Med Surg / Acute Care Experience - Previous HCA Experience - **Personality Fit:** - Fast-Paced and Outgoing - High Energy **Typical Procedures Performed:** - Post-Surgical Care: Cholecystectomy, Cystoscopy with Stent Placement - Pain Management and CIWA Patients **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
