Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Unit | Travel | Janesville, WI

Assignment Overview

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses for our Medical Unit in Janesville, WI. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and have experience in a hospital setting. This role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to approved nursing techniques, policies and procedures, standards of care, and State laws/practice act
  • Document according to standards of care
  • Develop, initiate, and execute a patient plan of care according to the individualized needs of the patient
  • Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities
  • Utilize critical thinking in patient safety and experience; appropriately escalate issues

Qualifications

Required:

  • Current WI License
  • CPR/BLS Certification
  • NIHSS Certification
  • Education verification
