Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing
• At least 1 year of recent Med-Surg nursing experience required
• Experience in adult medical-surgical patient care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently on night shift
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and unit flow
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills
• Must be able to follow clinical documentation and unit procedures carefully

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to adult Med-Surg patients
• Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and report concerns promptly
• Administer medications and treatments according to established standards
