**Join Our Team as an RN Med/Surg - Nights!** **Job Description:** - Work where others vacation in the stunning landscapes of Salida, CO! - Position: RN Med/Surg - Shift: Nights - 3 shifts per week, totaling 36 hours. - Schedule: Every other weekend required. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program; BSN preferred. - 3 years of nursing experience required. - Must hold an active Registered Nurse license in Colorado. **Certifications:** - Current BLS required. - ACLS and PALS preferred. **Essential Duties:** - Deliver exceptional acute care and swing bed patient care as a vital team member. - Evaluate health status by collecting and assessing health data. - Provide health teaching and counseling for patients. - Deliver supportive therapy and treatment directly or indirectly through collaboration. - Execute delegated medical functions efficiently. - Monitor and review treatment plans regularly. - Document all assessments, interventions, and care coordination accurately and timely. - Collaborate with ancillary departments and physician providers to meet patients' medical, social, and spiritual needs in a culturally sensitive manner. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
