Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Med/Surg nursing experience
• BLS required
• ACLS preferred
• Chemotherapy certification preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare team environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to support unit teamwork and clinical collaboration

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered medical-surgical nursing care
• Care for oncology patients and remote telemetry patients according to unit guidelines
• Administer chemotherapy when certified and authorized to do so
• Monitor patients and perform routine nursing assessments, interventions, and documentation
• Collaborate closely with charge nurses, support staff, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Follow unit protocols for vital signs, patient monitoring, and quality care standards
