Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Orthopedic surgical care experience strongly preferred
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on a night shift schedule

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Coordinate care for a group of patients across medical-surgical and joint center settings
• Provide direct bedside nursing care and support safe, effective patient outcomes
• Supervise LPNs and nonprofessional personnel as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to promote efficient care delivery
• Maintain practice in alignment with established nursing standards, policies, and procedures
• Support a patient-centered environment with a focus on quality, safety, and teamwork
