Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience required
• Comfort working nights in a fast-paced adult acute care environment
• Ability to provide safe, compassionate care to a diverse patient population
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Willingness to work every other weekend and occasional holiday coverage as needed

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult Med/Surg patients
• Monitor patient status, assess needs, and respond appropriately to clinical changes
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support safe and efficient patient flow
• Assist with both medical and surgical patient care based on unit needs
• Document care accurately and communicate clearly with providers and team members
• Promote a safe, organized, and patient-centered environment throughout each shift
