**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Travel RN – Med Surg!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Chattanooga, TN - **Unit Name:** 4 West - **Number of Beds:** 28 - **Patient Ratios:** 1:6 - **Unit Staffing:** - Clinical Coordinators - Unit Secretary - PCTs - Case Management - **Type of Equipment:** - Walkers - IV Pumps - SCDs - And more! - **Documentation System:** Meditech - **Scheduling Requirements:** - 4 weekend shifts per 28-day schedule - Participation in holiday rotation - **Floating Policy:** Rotation with other staff - **Patient Experience Requirement:** - Target of 72%, utilizing communication boards - **Certification Required:** BLS - **Dress Code:** Navy Blue Scrubs **Hiring Profile:** - **Required Skills:** - RN License - Teamwork - Compassion - Collaboration - Communication Skills - **Advanced Skills Needed:** - Medical-Surgical experience - Respiratory Diseases - Renal Disease - GI Illnesses - Telemetry - CVCs - Indwelling Catheters - Heparin GTTs - Oncology and General Surgery Patient Experience (Preferred, but not mandatory) - **Procedures Performed on Unit:** Diverse range of medical/surgical procedures **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
