Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring an active IA or compact RN license and at least 1 year of experience.

• Position within the General Med Surg unit
• 13-week assignment length
• Night shift schedule from 18:45 to 07:15
• Every third weekend, every other weekend, or weekend package scheduling options available

Requirements

• Active RN license (IA or Compact) currently in hand
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) required for all direct patient care personnel
• NIHSS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience required

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care within a general medical-surgical unit
• Radius rule of 60 miles applies for most Trinity Health locations, with exceptions of 90 miles for MercyOne and Genesis locations in IA/IL, 50 miles for St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center in NY, and 75 miles for St. Peter's Health Partners locations in NY
• Local candidates accepted in select states including CA, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, MD, MA, MI, NC, NE, NY, OH, OR, and PA, with exceptions at MercyOne and Genesis IA/IL locations, St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center NY, and St. Peter's Health Partners NY, which do not accept local candidates
