Join a leading acute-care hospital in the heart of horse country in Versailles, Kentucky, where we proudly serve Woodford and Anderson Counties. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced RN for a contract position in our Med/Surg unit. Our facility offers a broad range of inpatient, surgical, emergency, and diagnostic services.

Position Information:

• Role: RN
• Specialty: Med/Surg with Swing beds
• Shift: 19:00-07:30, 12 Hours
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: Every Other/As Needed
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Years of Experience: 2+
• Float Requirements: 1 to ACU PRN - Light ICU with no vents

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 16 MS & 2 ACU
• Patient Ratios: 6:1
• EHR: Medhost
• Patient Population: Adult with geriatric mix. NO PEDS

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Med/Surg Experience
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Acute care/some rehab
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Lower level acute, subacute rehab
• Personality Fit: Physical work level standard, Professional
• Required Education: Certification/licensure required to work as an RN in KY

Dress Code:

• Scrub Color: Solids matching no color requirements - Any
• Unacceptable Attire: No fleece, hoodies or non-scrub gear

Orientation is weekly, on Mondays. Please note that candidates must be 60 miles or greater to be considered for travel positions. All travelers must have required certifications prior to start, and the facility reserves the right to require certifications not listed.
