Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Weekends required as needed (minimum every other weekend)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit within a rehabilitation facility setting
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:6–8 in accordance with unit standards
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Float between units within the facility as needed
• Commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical RN experience required
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
• Must submit all RTO and scheduling requests upfront at time of submittal; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (locals may be considered at a different rate)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or acute care hospital environment
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Experience working in a teaching hospital setting
