Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing exceptional patient care in an acute care setting. This role involves direct patient interaction, care coordination, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Shift Details

Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in acute care environments.
• Assess patient conditions, develop nursing care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and preventative measures.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license - single state or compact multi-state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with options for American Red Cross BLS or Instructor level.
• Minimum of 3 years of acute care experience is required.
