Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg Tele nursing experience
• Experience in a hospital-based inpatient or acute care setting
• Comfortable working night shift in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for medical-surgical telemetry patients
• Monitor telemetry, assess patient status, and respond to changes in condition
• Administer medications and coordinate treatment plans with the interdisciplinary care team
• Document patient care accurately and maintain high standards of clinical practice
• Support safe, compassionate, and efficient patient outcomes throughout each shift
