Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• ACLS required prior to start; pending ACLS may be considered if completed before day one
• Cerner experience preferred
• Ability to work scheduled night shifts in a fast-paced acute care environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care to adult Med/Surg patients
• Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and communicate findings to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments according to established clinical standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support positive patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and care plans accurately and in a timely manner
• Respond to changing patient needs with strong clinical judgment and professionalism
• Maintain compliance with unit policies, safety practices, and quality care expectations
