Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Experience caring for adult and pediatric patients preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work in a team-oriented healthcare environment
• Ability to manage patient ratios of approximately 1:4-6

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for adult and pediatric medical-surgical patients
• Monitor patient condition, administer treatments, and support individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other care team members to promote safe, effective outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in the medical record
• Respond to patient needs with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient unit workflow during your shift
