• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,570 - $1,650
• Specialty: Medical-Surgical Nursing (Med/Surg RN)

• Shift Duration: 12-hour night shifts
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per schedule, every other week
• On Call: Twice per contract
• Floating: All Med-Surg units in house
• Dress Code: Caribbean blue scrubs

Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience
• BLS certification required
• NIH certification required
• Basic arrhythmia knowledge or certification required
• ACLS preferred
• Charge nurse experience preferred
• Flexible, organized, and team-oriented approach
• Comfort working in a mixed medical-surgical environment

Med-Surg RN Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to a diverse medical-surgical patient population
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
• Perform routine nursing procedures including Foley insertion and central line dressing changes
• Collaborate with charge nurses, techs, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Utilize Epic EMR and unit equipment effectively in daily care delivery
• Float to other Med-Surg units as needed to support patient care needs
• Maintain strong communication, organization, and attention to detail during night shifts
• Support safe staffing and patient flow throughout the assignment
