Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg or medical-surgical nursing experience required
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care hospital setting
• Commitment to safe, high-quality patient care and excellent bedside nursing

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients in an acute care environment
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and support staff to promote positive patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and on time
• Support patient education and discharge planning as needed
• Maintain a professional, compassionate approach while delivering exceptional nursing care
