Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg (Ortho Neuro) unit position requiring 2+ years of experience and an active FL or compact RN license.

Details

  • Work in the Ortho Neuro Nursing Unit of a hospital environment
  • 13-week contract assignment
  • 36 scheduled hours per week on a 06:45-19:15 shift
  • Required to work every other weekend
  • Holiday coverage required for any holiday falling on a regularly scheduled shift

Requirements

  • Active FL or compact RN license required
  • Current BLS certification (AHA) required
  • Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
  • Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
  • Primary source license verification required within 30 days prior to start

Additional Information

  • Provide nursing care to orthopedic and neurological patients on a med/surg unit
  • COVID-19 vaccination is not required
  • Accepts local candidates, subject to facility radius rules that may affect pay rate
  • Candidates should begin discussing contract extension with their manager approximately 45 days before the assignment end date
