Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical setting. The position requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

This position operates on a 12-hour shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Location

The position is located in City, State.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily activities.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive measures.
• Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a medical-surgical unit.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications may be preferred.

Skills and Abilities

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and work under pressure.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
