• Patient Ratios: 1:7
• Unit Staffing Description: 1 clinical nurse coordinator, 7 nurses, 4 PCTs, and 1 UC per shift.
• Type of Equipment: Regular medical equipment for med-surg unit
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Scheduling Requirements: 36 hours per week with rotating weekends
• Floating Policy: Contract labor is first to float to like units

Patient Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of hospital experience
