**Exciting Opportunity: Travel RN Med Surg (622) / Arlington / 7P-7A** **Job Description:** - **Location:** 3301 Matlock Rd, Arlington, TX 76017, 3rd Floor, Tower A - **Unit Insights:** - **Total Beds:** 30 - **Patient Ratios:** 6:1 - **Equipment Available:** Hoyer lifts, Sara steady, bladder scanners - **EMR System:** Meditech - **Staffing Overview:** - **Day Shift:** - 1 Charge Nurse - 4-5 RNs (subject to unit census) - 2 Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) - 1 Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) - 1-3 Sitters (based on patient population) - **Night Shift:** - 1 Charge Nurse - 4-5 RNs (if unit census is full) - 2 PCTs - 1-3 Sitters (depending on patient needs) - **Floating Requirement:** As per hospital needs - **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - **Must-Haves:** - BLS Certification - Medsurg or acute care RN experience - **Preferred Skills:** - Additional Medsurg/acute care experience - Previous HCA experience - **Typical Procedures:** - Post-surgical care (e.g., Cholecystectomy, Cystoscopy with stent placement) - Pain management - CIWA monitoring - **Personality Fit:** - Fast-paced, outgoing, and high-energy individuals thrive here! **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
