Job Requirements

• Active Wyoming RN license or compact/multi-state RN license
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications through the American Heart Association
• At least 1 year of RN experience required
• Strong Med/Surg nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care and hospital setting
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, individualized nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions
• Document vital signs, care provided, and patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and home care needs
• Monitor specialized equipment and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Assist with wound care, IV starts, catheter insertion, and bedside procedures as needed
• Support discharge planning and provide compassionate, patient-centered care
