Medlivo is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Redding, California.
Requirements:
2–3 years of MedSurg/Ortho experience required.
Previous travel nursing experience required.
Active California RN license required to submit.
BLS certification required.
Must have experience with MedSurg/Orthopedic patients, including hips, knees, shoulders, and spine.
Must be able to read and interpret telemetry and pass the required dysrhythmia exam.
Must be comfortable with 1:5 patient ratios.
Must be willing to float first, including to Tele and other MedSurg floors.
Must be comfortable with Tele ratio of 1:4 when floated.
Must be available for 12-hour night shifts, 6:45 PM–7:15 AM.
Must be available for 36 guaranteed hours/week.
Must work every other weekend, with 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule.
Must be willing to work holidays according to the permanent staff rotation. Holiday RTO may be considered but is not guaranteed.
Navy scrubs required.
No BSN required.
