**Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Nurses in Janesville, WI!** Job Description: - Seeking experienced nurses ready to make a difference in patient care. - Must possess a current WI License, NIHSS, and CPR/BLS certifications. - Education verification is required. - Travel RN may be required to float to other units. - Join a dynamic team with a commitment to excellence in patient care! **Shift Information:** - Days (6:30A-7P) - Every other weekend & holiday availability required. - 12-hour shifts. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** - Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients. - Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures. - Document according to standards of care. - Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient plans of care. - Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities, including shared governance. - Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units/departments to support the patient's longitudinal plan of care. - Employ critical thinking skills for patient safety and experience, escalating concerns as needed. **Minimum Years of Experience:** - Less than 1 year. **Certifications / Requirements:** - BLS/BCLS. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
