We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical team and provide high-quality care to adult patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and develop individualized plans of care.
- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as ordered.
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Provide wound care and other routine nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Educate patients and families on medications, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
- Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and infection-control procedures.
Active RN license. BLS certification required. Previous Med/Surg experience preferred. Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
