Requirements

KS or Multistate license required.
TDaP vaccine and Influenza vaccine or exemption request during flu season.
Immunity status of Hep B, MMR, & Varicella or proof of vaccination.
TB documentation.
1 year of acute care medical/surgical experience.
AHA BLS required at time of submission.
CPI and NIHSS are a bonus if candidate has them.
