Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Float Pool RN with at least 1-2 years of med-surg experience and an active NH or Compact RN license.

Details

• Float/Resource Pool position covering Tele and Stepdown units
• 12-hour day shifts, 1 shift per week
• May be required to float to Concord Hospital-Laconia or Concord Hospital-Franklin locations
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of consideration
• BLS required
• NIHSS certification required prior to start
• ACLS preferred
• 1-2 years minimum Med-Surg experience required
• Critical Care RN experience considered if fluent with Med-Surg ratios and acuity
• Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required
• Must complete a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80%

• Care for Telemetry and Stepdown patient populations across multiple facility locations
• Weekly orientation schedule
• Must reside within a 50 mile radius for local rate eligibility
• Former permanent staff may return as travelers after a 12-month break in service
