Location: Nationwide Travel (Project-Based)
Travel: Full-Time Travel Required
Our client is an industry-leading mechanical contractor with a strong national presence and a proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial construction projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Traveling Project Manager to oversee complex mechanical projects across the United States.

Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and project execution.
Coordinate with owners, design teams, field leadership, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
Monitor project costs, change orders, forecasting, and financial performance.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Provide leadership and support to Superintendents, Project Engineers, and field personnel.
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the life of each project.
5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial mechanical construction.
Experience managing HVAC and/or Plumbing projects is required.
Experience managing large commercial projects valued at $20M+.
Experience with Mission Critical and Data Center construction is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and cost control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel full-time to project locations across the United States.
Ability to manage long-term assignments ranging from 2–6 years.
