Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Mix of 8-hour and 10-hour shifts | No call, no weekends | Expected 72 hours biweekly
Key Responsibilities
- Perform standard mammography imaging, including on a 3D mammography machine, in a walk-in outpatient setting
- Conduct standard X-ray imaging as needed to support departmental operations
- Ensure high-quality image acquisition while maintaining patient comfort and safety throughout procedures
- Follow established protocols and compliance standards for all imaging procedures
Required Qualifications
- ARRT certification in Mammography (M) required
- Experience with standard mammography on a 3D mammography machine required
- Standard X-ray experience required
- Active and unrestricted state licensure as required
- Candidates previously employed by the affiliated health system must have been separated for a minimum of 6 months and be in good standing to be eligible for consideration
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with DEXA scanning is a plus
- Prior experience in a high-volume outpatient or walk-in imaging environment
