Contract | Full-Time | Day/Evening Shift | 5x8-hour shifts with start times between 8:00 AM–10:00 AM; every other Saturday required; holidays as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and screening mammography examinations as a multi-modality technologist within the Breast Imaging department
- Conduct breast ultrasound procedures and exams under general supervision
- Perform ultrasound-guided and mammographic-guided breast interventional procedures
- Carry out bone densitometry exams as part of the multimodality scope of practice
- Collaborate with staff, supervisors, and clinicians to support the department's mission and ensure quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of mammography or related imaging experience
- Interventional competency required
- Massachusetts State License in Radiography required
- Massachusetts State License in Mammography required
- ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and Mammography (M) required
- BLS certification required
- Candidates residing less than 50 miles from the facility will be placed at a local rate
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Breast ultrasound competency preferred
- ARRT certification in Breast Sonography (BS) or RDMS certification in Breast (BR) preferred
