The college program must grant a minimum of an Associate's Degree or equivalent in Radiologic Technology. Three plus years of experience as a mammography technologist is preferred. Days and weekends are required for this position. The role requires working a minimum of one weekend day per week or more, depending on scheduling needs. Current experience in the mammography setting is essential; candidates must have been actively working in the field, not just licensed in mammography without recent practical experience.
