Description

American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist with 2+ years of experience in screening and diagnostic mammography for an outpatient-focused assignment.

Details

Mostly outpatient setting within the Mammography department
5x8 Day shifts Monday through Friday, either 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
No call requirements
Potential to float within the hospital based on patient care needs

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in mammography required
BLS certification required
EPIC charting experience required
Experience with 3-D mammography, diagnostic mammograms, screening mammograms, fine needle aspiration, needle localizations, and stereotactic biopsy
Knowledge of isolation precautions and PPE
Active WA license required if applicable

Additional Information

Performs screening and diagnostic mammography procedures
Maximum of 5 days RTO permitted per assignment, all requests must be disclosed at time of submission
No custom scheduling requests allowed
Local candidates accepted at the same rate as non-local candidates
Travel pairs accepted
Former staff must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year before being considered for a new assignment
First-time travelers not specified for eligibility
